What is included in each villa?

Each villa includes sheets and towels, and depending on the unit you book, either a fully equipped kitchenette or a full-sized kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the common area, a pool with an outdoor shower, enhanced cleaning practices, WiFi, a generator and water cistern, and complete privacy. Our units also offer additional paid amenities.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Near our villa, there are multiple bus & trolley stops 15 min away, and a train station located about 30 min away.

How close is the beach to the property?

We are directly in front of the beach!

How far is old San Juan from AQUA Terrazas?

Old San Juan is located only a half hour away, by car, from AQUA Terrazas. Take the day and go on a short road trip with friends or family to explore Old San Juan.
